    This is a vintage pyrex cheese acid test kit made by H.S. Martin Co for Marschall Dairy. It is designed to test the acid content in the cheese-making process. It is chip and crack free and is missing the condensation tube. The rubber stoppers are decayed. Sticker for Marschall Dairy has one small piece missing. Box has some light damage and pencil marks. Included a copy of the advertising for the Marschall Acid test from the early 1900's.
